Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. Twenty Nine is a 100% hand embroidered and handmade brand, please note that certain colour variations/irregularities may occur. These variations are not defects but are inherent characteristics that contribute to the unique beauty and individuality of each piece. As such, they are not considered valid reasons for return, exchange, or refund. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.
Please note that we do NOT offer refunds, but your product is eligible for an exchange or store credit in the following circumstances:
• An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, that is not a part of your website order.
• The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for alteration only, in the same piece.
• Please note that if any garment has been customised for size, colour, embroidery etc, we are happy to alter the same garment for you but it is NOT eligible for a return or exchange.
• Due to shipping, customs and logistical issues, none of the international orders placed on our website are eligible for return/exchange. To further clarify, an international order is one that is delivered outside the territory of India.
• Please note that we offer only a one-time exchange. The new order associated with the credit note will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Any item on sale is not eligible for a return or an exchange.

If your garment meets the above criteria for exchange, please email us on info@twentynine.co with the following details:
1. Order number
2. Delivery address
3. Specify the reason for the exchange request, sharing images in case of a defective or incorrect piece.
Our team will verify the defects, after which we will email or contact you for necessary action. The product must be received within ten days from the day of contact from our team. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, free from any stains and marks whatsoever and the original tags are in place.
Cancellation Policy
We don’t accept any cancellations after the order has been placed.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with exchanges, alterations and return for store credit to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase depending on the circumstances stated above.
