CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

COD is only available for orders to be shipped in India and not abroad.
All cash on delivery orders require a prior deposit of 20% of the order value, payable via bank transfer or any electronic payment method. You can request an online payment link by calling or sending a message at +91 93120 17816. For pieces on Sale we would need a prior deposit of 50%. Selecting the COD option and checking out does not complete the purchase process. Only when the 20% deposit has been paid via the payment link, will the order be processed by us. 

 

RETURNS

Return and Exchange Policy 
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. Twenty Nine is a 100% hand embroidered and handmade brand, please note that certain colour variations/irregularities may occur. These variations are not defects but are inherent characteristics that contribute to the unique beauty and individuality of each piece. As such, they are not considered valid reasons for return, exchange, or refund. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

Please note that we do NOT offer refunds, but your product is eligible for an exchange or store credit in the following circumstances:

•⁠  ⁠An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, that is not a part of your website order.
•⁠  ⁠The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for alteration only, in the same piece.
•⁠  ⁠Please note that if any garment has been customised for size, colour, embroidery etc, we are happy to alter the same garment for you but it is NOT eligible for a return or exchange. 
•⁠  ⁠Due to shipping, customs and logistical issues, none of the international orders placed on our website are eligible for return/exchange. To further clarify, an international order is one that is delivered outside the territory of India.
•⁠  ⁠Please note that we offer only a one-time exchange. The new order associated with the credit note will not be eligible for return or exchange.
•⁠  ⁠Any item on sale is not eligible for a return or an exchange.

If your garment meets the above criteria for exchange, please email us on info@twentynine.co with the following details:
1.⁠ ⁠Order number
2.⁠ ⁠Delivery address
3.⁠ ⁠Specify the reason for the exchange request, sharing images in case of a defective or incorrect piece.

Our team will verify the defects, after which we will email or contact you for necessary action. The product must be received within ten days from the day of contact from our team. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, free from any stains and marks whatsoever and the original tags are in place.

Cancellation Policy
We don’t accept any cancellations after the order has been placed. 

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with exchanges, alterations and return for store credit to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase depending on the circumstances stated above.

TAXES & DUTIES
For Indian customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 

For International customers:

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Incase of an issue please contact us via call/WhatsApp us at +91 93120 17816.

PAYMENTS
All payments made against the purchases/services on TwentyNine.co by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Twenty Nine. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.

Twenty Nine may employ Razorpay, PaisaPay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Twenty Nine which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

DELIVERY
Twenty Nine endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Twenty Nine fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Twenty Nine may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

Delivery time provided is a guideline only and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 Hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.

All domestic orders from the Ready to Ship section should take about 7-10 days for delivery from the date of purchase. For all other orders, delivery timelines are ascribed in the Product information section.
